What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to new ideas and concepts. They are willing to look past the right now to make a better future.

Organization and communication are lacking

Flexible and fair. Benefits are excellent. I feel that family and health are highly valued here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rude managers. Fale team building. See who is working hard
Higher pay equal or more than other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is overall nice
Great people to work with
They are always willing to talk about what is going on. I never feel restricted to specific meetings times or topics. Communicating with them is easy and fun!

The people. We all have a desire to do our jobs better and are willing to take the time to learn.

I was able to meet people at all levels in the organization. It gave me an excellent overview of what life is like here.
