I have been in customer care over 15 years total.
They have quickly lost touch with employees and add additional stressors to their duties continually instead of resolving problems we have been experiencing for years. They care so much about profit that they don't realize how much many employees despise coming into work each day.
Terrible, they are a do as i say company not as i do, if people complain they ride them till they leave or get fired.
4imprint has really allowed me to be a mom and a full time employee. They have always been supportive of my career while trying to learn new aspects of the business.
