What do you like best about the leadership team?
Able to think outside the box and come up ways to solve problems.
Amazing leadership. first level management could use some work but everything above that is top notch
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Follow the rules equally for all employees. Help employees advance.

Way too many things to mention; The real issue is that they know all of the problems and nothing is getting fixed. Why fix a problem when you can patch it by adding additional steps for your frontline team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance is great, but the premium is costly.
We have a decently hourly rate and commission but other companies are quickly catching up making leaving an option.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
keep adding more and more duties and lower pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
The personalities intermingling and being able to be myself.
My team is the best. We all help each other out and are like a big family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many employees have checked out over the past few years. We have no trust between coworkers and vendors and it is showing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work and home life balance
We are paid decently and the benefits aren't the worst.
If walking to your desk in the morning you don't hear at least 10 good mornings there's something wrong. Everyone is so nice, laid back, and friendly

What did you like most about the interview process?
The laid back atmosphere of the manager and how comfortable she made me feel.
It was a typical interview process.
mock phone call testing was scary but I think an effective way to see how a possible future employee does at conflict resolution

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I am completing a task and it is making a difference within the company
Being able to see the work I do help the company I work for succeed... the leadership is very transparent and allow us to be a part of everything they do which makes us front line employees more motivated to make the company succeed. Im not just a number
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of talk about fixing things but no action. Empty promises and a focus on number instead of customers and employees.
