When I see my efforts turn into something pretty large.
We have a diverse group of individuals that have different strengths, and we are willing to help each other.
During my time here, I have seen the executive team actively listening to the employees and learning from their mistakes. The executive team is approachable.
We have 7 cultural principles, and I see everyone living up to them from the bottom up. We also have the benefit of working with some very cool industries.
There seems to be plenty of choices, and we get emails from the benefits team actively encouraging employees to take advantage of all the benefits that are available to us and making sure we are taking advantage of them.
My first phone call was with an HR representative and the manager I would report too. After that, I interviewed with a Sr. VP. I forget if there was a third interview with a panel. Also, I was actively talking to the manager I would report to if hired. It was a very positive experience.
