What do you like best about the leadership team?
Involved and willing to consider suggestions that might make the team better
During my time here, I have seen the executive team actively listening to the employees and learning from their mistakes. The executive team is approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Opportunity to grow is directly attached to compensation
There seems to be plenty of choices, and we get emails from the benefits team actively encouraging employees to take advantage of all the benefits that are available to us and making sure we are taking advantage of them.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are small but cover the America and each of us have particular strong attributes that make the team amazingly effective
We have a diverse group of individuals that have different strengths, and we are willing to help each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have 7 cultural principles, and I see everyone living up to them from the bottom up. We also have the benefit of working with some very cool industries.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Being interviewed by potential future teammates from different parts of the company
My first phone call was with an HR representative and the manager I would report too. After that, I interviewed with a Sr. VP. I forget if there was a third interview with a panel. Also, I was actively talking to the manager I would report to if hired. It was a very positive experience.

The team and product innovation for a nice compensation package
