Need to be less siloed as a departments and more of a unified company
Communication. Communication. Communication. We often don’t know what each other’s pain points are and could have solutions or could be collectively working toward solutions instead of treading water on our own.
Recognizing the leadership potential of the folks on their team and letting go on some of the reigns. There seems to be a lack of trust even though they have in many cases hired and groomed many of us.
I feel I perform way more than my job description entails and provide the company with volumes more than I am compensated for. I do not believe I am being compensated at fair market value for those services and for my experience. Being brought up to a commensurate level would make me feel better.
