The support was clueless, spent an hour trying this and that unsuccessfully then declared that I had used too much of his time and ended the call. No follow up, no attemps to correct the issue. GO CISCO. I'll be a loyal customer for life ...NOT!!!
The interview process involved many team members who are no longer with the organization, and it was great. It was difficult, extremely thorough, included several rounds and examined my experience from multiple perspectives. I loved it all!
Buyer be aware. DUO phone number database does not include all countries. Been a DUO customer for 3 years and have many users in countries that are not in western world. Trying to setup MFA and phone numbers are rejected as invalid by DUO, and support does not provide ETA for resolution.
