Myself I need to make it enjoyable and a position environment because 4 out of 5 work days the partners and managers are in a bad mood
To be honest I get to work alone..I know you should not want to be alone at work but it's just the way that company has made me
First off managers get incentives for a number of different things and partners do as well but the maintenance team which is the glue to that place gets under paid and the Bosses keep changing how the mileage is reimbursed it is awfully unfair in that manner
I like the movers club the leadership team came up with it is like employee of the month you get to go to Saratoga Springs to the corporate office and you have lunch with Gary Drake and the other top Bosses and the other nominated movers and you talk plus you get paid for the day.
