Leadership needs to be more realistic about what Accedian's product do. They go way far out of the limb stretching the truth saying they do things they don't (or won't ever)
Most of the team are hard workers and personable. There are definitely a few standouts who go above and beyond everyone else. Then there are those people who just say "NO" to anything asked
Accedian has lost its way by not listening to customers and doing what they ask. Instead they make up ideas and only execute them 20% of they way and wonder why customers don't want to pay for them. Happy customers are not going to stop using old products when the new ones only do 20% of before.
