What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accedian has recently recruited quite a few Executives from outside the company. I feel that the people they have brought in are excellent and work well with the existing Executive team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to be more realistic about what Accedian's product do. They go way far out of the limb stretching the truth saying they do things they don't (or won't ever)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is quite fair for my level of expertise and position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team are hard workers and personable. There are definitely a few standouts who go above and beyond everyone else. Then there are those people who just say "NO" to anything asked

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Accedian has some cool technology and when applied correctly can really help their customers see their network performance.
Most everyone is extremely helpful and works hard for the common good of the corporation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I was able to meet many of my future co-workers and team members, as well as executive management

What makes you most happy at work?
Excited about the future and current direction of the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Accedian has lost its way by not listening to customers and doing what they ask. Instead they make up ideas and only execute them 20% of they way and wonder why customers don't want to pay for them. Happy customers are not going to stop using old products when the new ones only do 20% of before.
