    Everyone is extremely mission driven. We are not here just for a paycheck. We are here to accomplish a common goal of serving the children and families and setting them up for success in life. We are here to make a difference. My coworkers inspire me and make me strive to be a better person, at work and at home. The standards of excellence are known throughout the team. Yes, the expectations are high but how could they not be when we are talking about child and family outcomes?!     I recommend that your attire be at least business casual such as pants/skirt and blouse, khakis/pants and a button-down shirt with a tie or sweater. etc. Candidates should avoid jeans, shorts, sneakers, t-shirts, etc.

    This depends on your position and location (i.e. Classroom Teachers are in the classroom, vs Finance in the Finance office). We are spread throughout the country and while we share the same mission and goals, there are different cultures among the various locations. It's best to tour or ask that question at your specific location.
