The worker bees are amazing - all very talented, personable people. It’s a shame that management and leadership doesn’t reflect the caliber of the lower level positions.
Leadership is nonexistent. For a company with “22 years” in the business they lack the seasoned professionalism of established companies. They are disorganized, causing disagreements on direction. Leadership jockeys for position with their ideas. Stop micromanaging the talent and respect boundaries.
Compensation for senior level positions is mediocre at best. Salaries are not market value, perks are non existent. The company undervalues people and is critical of performance so they don’t have to provide increases and bonuses when appropriate. Don’t walk, run - there are better companies.
The CEO is overbearing and has little regard for people’s time. Almost never present and upon arrival creates a fire of urgency. Motivate employees by implementing leadership that is present and open to their employees ideas and cultivate talent rather than over exert and exhaust them.
The culture is extremely toxic and political. Leadership has taken a company that was one of the originals and best and pared it down to a former shell of itself. Appreciate employees, value their ideas without taking credit for them, and pay employees market salaries. The CEO needs to be present.
