High energy and passion plus tons of knowledge and experience. They do need to share more with the rest of the company, particularly with business roadmaps and future investments.
The Transparency and they push me to be the best version of myself even when i dont feel it. They believe in when when i doubt myself

Worst agency to work for by far!
Leadership is nonexistent. For a company with “22 years” in the business they lack the seasoned professionalism of established companies. They are disorganized, causing disagreements on direction. Leadership jockeys for position with their ideas. Stop micromanaging the talent and respect boundaries.
Less micromanagement and more execution. The process for moving initiatives along is too cumbersome - impeded by the senior executives, not allowing forward progress. There is no accountability and lots of finger pointing. Presence in the office is essential.
Good pay and good vacation package.
WFH, summer fridays, free food pre-covid, PTO on Bday, mental health day.
If they actually did anything that they said they would.
Compensation for senior level positions is mediocre at best. Salaries are not market value, perks are non existent. The company undervalues people and is critical of performance so they don’t have to provide increases and bonuses when appropriate. Don’t walk, run - there are better companies.
Pay market benchmarks. This company is below average on pay scales.
Very collaborative - everyone is willing to help each other out. Very few divas or slackers.
We are like family. love each other and get on each others nerves at the same time. :) communication is great.
The worker bees are amazing - all very talented, personable people. It’s a shame that management and leadership doesn’t reflect the caliber of the lower level positions.
Teams are great; which is rather unfortunate considering senior management doesn't' match the exemplarily caliber of people hired for the lower level positions.
Everyone works well together. Hard work and successes are recognized. Good focus on Diversity.
Not just colleagues but friends
Everything needs to change here!
The culture is extremely toxic and political. Leadership has taken a company that was one of the originals and best and pared it down to a former shell of itself. Appreciate employees, value their ideas without taking credit for them, and pay employees market salaries. The CEO needs to be present.
Follow through with rewarding employees for their hard work. Lessen the late evening working hours, phone calls and emails. Compensation is not equivalent to its competitors.
The people I met - they are the ones who made me want to work here.
They need an overhaul of everything.
The work we do and that I work with people from whom I can learn and grow. For the most part, everyone is treated with respect. Some of the higher-ups are a little stuck in the past. But new leadership is changing that.
each day is different. Never the same
Good lunch spots around the area
People act smarter than they are.
The CEO is overbearing and has little regard for people’s time. Almost never present and upon arrival creates a fire of urgency. Motivate employees by implementing leadership that is present and open to their employees ideas and cultivate talent rather than over exert and exhaust them.
The management team is non existent when it comes to actually advocating for employees - they only worry about their bottom line. The founder is non-existent and comes and goes without a trace. There are a lot of internal politics at play.
