What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Aflac? How many hours are you working?

We always try to have fun and the higher ups make sure of it. When I first started with Aflac I worked from about 8:30 to 3pm but I actually put in work. The hardest part about this business is staying motivated and focused. Work when you know you should be working and you will make money.

Atmosphere is electric. Full time, you have to truly put in your 40-50 hours necessary if you are going to make it.

I'm working anywhere from 20-40 hours depending on how my week is scheduled with personal appointments.

Upbeat and positive. 30 to 50 hours depending on my personal schedule.

Work as you choose. The vibe is enthusiastic.
