We have several added benefits that add to our benefits package. There are scholarship opportunities as well as other benefits for physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, financial wellbeing, and social wellbeing. There are onsite gyms and health clinic.

My manager is all over the place. And the meetings are the SAME thing over and over and over and I feel like its a waste of time because that is time I could be spending in the field. We have meetings M 9-12 W 8-9:30 and F 3-5. And were on a block schedule and I dont like it.

The transparency from our hiring managers to the positives and common challenged you will find working with Aflac. This allowed me to really gain an understanding of what it would take to be successful and I knew exactly what I was getting into when I got hired.
