Employees fear losing their jobs to outsourcing. This is incredibly frustrating when many of us have dedicated alot of time away from our families to constantly hear how easily we can be replaced. It's disrespectful and painful. Makes me wish I would have invested that time with my kids.

Aflac told the Field Force over the past 3-5 Years they will “take” (their) clients with 13 months of no new business and give to someone (New Agent or District)... butbthey WILL take a BIG Account ANYTIME if it may get a Broker to open up more of the Brokers book. Very short sighted.
