Mr. Anand Vadapalli has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. since February 1, 2011 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer since October 26, 2009. Mr. Vadapalli served as an Executive Vice President of Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. from October 26, 2009 to February 01, 2010 and also served as Executive Vice President of Technology & Operations from December 2008 to October 2009. He joined ACS in 2006 and is responsible for operation of the ACS Network including local exchange, inter-exchange, wireless and Internet functions. He served as Senior Vice President of Network & Information Technology at Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. (ACS) since August 2006. He served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Network Telephone Corporation from January 2003 to February 2004 and also served as its Vice President. He has more than 17 years of technology, business expertise and proven leadership skills in telecommunications and other industries. He served as Vice President of Information Technology of Valor Telecom since February 2004. From January 1996 to January 2003, he served in various positions with Broadwing/Cincinnati Bell. He served as Vice President of IT of Broadwing Communications. His personal hallmarks include customer-focused innovations, high performance standards, a strong work ethic and endless energy. He has been Director of Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. since February 1, 2011. Mr. Vadapalli holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India as well as a P.G.D.M. from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, India.

Ms. Laurie M. Butcher has been Senior Vice President of Finance at Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. since November 6, 2015. Ms. Butcher served as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. until November 6, 2015. She is leading Alaska Communications revenue, treasury and finance departments. Ms. Butcher joined Alaska Communications in 1997 and has served in several leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Controller. Ms. Butcher is responsible for accounting, budgeting, forecasting and more for Alaska Communications, in addition to leading strategy for Free Cash Flow growth and EBITDA margin expansion. She has more than 26 years of finance expertise to Alaska Communications, including roles in public accounting at Price Waterhouse and Deloitte & Touche and as controller for Teamsters Local 959. Ms. Butcher serves as a management trustee for the Alaska Electrical Trust Fund and the Money Purchase Plan. A lifelong Alaskan, she holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Alaska and is a licensed CPA.

Mr. Randy M. Ritter has been Senior Vice President of Shared Services at Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc, since October 21, 2015. Mr. Ritter served as Senior Vice President of Managed Services at Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc, since September 25, 2013 until October 21, 2015. Mr. Ritter leads Alaska Communications' growth in managed services for the business market segment. He has more than 20 years telecommunications experience. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Macrosolve, Inc. from November 1, 2011 to August 1, 2012. Mr. Ritter served as Vice President of Product Management at One Communications Corp. From May 2008 till June 2009, he was employed by One Communications, a Boston-based leading competitive local exchange carrier that was acquired by EarthLink, Inc. in 2010, serving as its Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing from September 2010 to October 2011, Vice President of Marketing & Product Management from June 2009 to September 2010, Vice President of Product Management & Mobile Services from May 2008 to June 2009 and as its Vice President of Mobile Services from November 2007 to May 2008. From May 2006 to November 2007, he served as an independent consultant to a consumer security start-up company. From 1991 to May 2006, Mr. Ritter was employed by Sprint Nextel Corporation, including serving as Vice President of Product Marketing and Offer Development from 2005 to May 2006, as Vice President of Product Management and Development and as Assistant Vice President of International Marketing. Previously, he served as an Audit Manager for General Dynamics in St. Louis, Missouri and Ernst & Whinney in Mobile, Alabama. He serves as a Director of Liquidhub, Inc. He served as a Director of Macrosolve, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Ritter holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama.

Mr. Leonard A. Steinberg served as the Senior Vice President, Legal, Regulatory & Government Affairs at Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Steinberg serves as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at Alaska Communications Systems Holdings, Inc. He serves as a Manager of ACS Media LLC. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. since January 2001 and served as its Chief Ethics Officer also Senior Vice President of Legal, Regulatory & Government Affairs. He served as Corporate Secretary of Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. since January 2001. He joined Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. in June 2000 as a Senior Attorney in the Corporate Legal Department. He left private practice in June 2000. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Steinberg used his expertise in regulatory and administrative matters to represent telecommunications and energy clients of Brena, Bell & Clarkson, P.C. He served as a Partner at Hoise, Wes, Sacks & Brelsford with offices in Anchorage, Alaska and San Francisco, California. He practiced in the Hoise, Wes, Sacks & Brelsford's Anchorage office from 1996 to 1998 and also served in the Hoise, Wes, Sacks & Brelsford's San Francisco office from 1988 to 1996, where he primarily represented large clients in oil and gas royalty and tax disputes. Mr. Steinberg holds J.D. from the University of California's Hastings College of Law, a Masters in Public Administration degree from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, an M.B.A. from University of California Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Aurora David serves as the VP, Information Technology of Alaska Communications. Aurora started at Alaska Communications in May of 2012. Aurora currently resides in Portland, Oregon Area.
