
Mostly because we let our managers know the constant struggle that we are going throw to meet the deadlines that they are requesting but the inaccuracy of the project that we work on is getting even worse. So we are constantly doing double the work because we have to change the plans constantly.
Pay on this company is not competitive with market rates. Annual compensation bump does not keep up with cost of living. Specially they are not keeping up with the dollar inflation which it is constantly affecting our daily lives and it is limiting us to just meeting ends and not being able to save.
