Allios Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay scheduled from twice a month to weekly pay.

Review from Operations Dept

Frequency of pay adjustment reviews.

I have a very good life insurance

Review from Operations Dept

I am satisfied with my salary.

Review from Operations Dept

The best overall would be the possibility of EOY bonuses as well as regular compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

There is room for improvement

Review from Operations Dept

The Tip program is good for the employs.

Benefits are pretty standard when compared to other companies

Review from Operations Dept

there is nothing i like about the benefits package. lack of maternity leave and high cost health insurance does not appeal to me.

Review from Operations Dept

I am paid fairly, above market value based on hard work.

Flexibility in the options available

There are a lot of plans with a lot of flexibility.

The package is pretty comprehensive and covers the basics!

The guarenteed bonus and salary

Review from Operations Dept

I'm a huge fan of the 401k package as well as the company matching up to a certain percent.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that once you roll up all benefits into a total compensation package it has to be tops in the industry.

Review from Operations Dept

I really enjoy the bonus program.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay on this company is not competitive with market rates. Annual compensation bump does not keep up with cost of living. Specially they are not keeping up with the dollar inflation which it is constantly affecting our daily lives and it is limiting us to just meeting ends and not being able to save.

Review from Operations Dept

With the nature of the industry there is not a defined roles and responsibilities, and most times more work does not equate to a raise to account for all the last minute changes, and additions to work load.

Review from Operations Dept

The amount of work put in over the multiple projects as well as my education experience. The PTO/vacation days could be re worked

Review from Operations Dept

No bonus plan, volume of warehouse is not factored in pay, raises for subordinates are rarely approved.

Review from Operations Dept

The amount of work that we do is not on par with pay

Review from Operations Dept

Salaries for this place are relatively on the lower spectrum, especially for associates. Vacation time along with higher pay would be ideal, as many other companies offer this and this is why I believe Allios experiences high turnover. A lot of people seemed to be overworked as well.

Review from Operations Dept

Would like the compensation to align with industry standard. It is on the lower end compared to other companies.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that my experience is not taken into light, and I'm just a number to compare to others when dictating compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

Having a more set goals and expectations for achievement. What can we do to move up and move forward?

Review from Operations Dept

There seems to be a ton of work lumped on people, but pay seems way below average for the positions people are doing, and they seem to hold money behind some obsolete "time" barrier

Review from Operations Dept

Compared to industry standards, entry pay and even salaried positions are lower then average.

Review from Operations Dept

Not been recognized. Same compensation for two Years
