Pretty disorganized. New people often aren't given the most basic info needed for doing their jobs due to a non-existent culture of knowledge management and then are treated as incompetent for not being psychic. (A positive side to this is job security once you've survived the process.) Also, if you are not a Hindi speaker there's a good chance you will be regularly excluded from important work discussions regardless of where you are on the planet. Not intentionally--this is just what happens when you have so many people constantly coming and going from India at all levels of the company and on all projects. People are periodically reminded to use English in the workplace, but it has no effect. I work in in North America and I rarely know what's going on on my own project because there aren't status meetings and I can't follow the chitchat around the office. This puts some people at an unfair professional disadvantage.
