It's toxic. It's not driven by the needs of the customers but by petty people that want to control things they have no business even being involved in and there are a number of pathological liars in high up positions and it's hard not to feel defeated every single day.

What do you like best about your company?

Outlook Reviews

It is a multicultural company that promotes diversity and inclusion. I feel employees are given an opportunity to contribute and be heard. Amdocs cares about its employees like I have not seen at other employers.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

The biggest are would be process improvement and automation. There can be some redundant processes that, when challenged, the veteran employees will say, "this is how we have always done it". The nice thing is, when you challenge that way of thinking w/good solutions, they are often open to change.
