What is the best part about your compensation package?

Variable, fixed salary and health assistance

Benefits for the family and stock option plan

Free food and cab service is awesome and everything is good

The special bonuses and obviously the basic salary.

clear pay structure with no hidden deduction

The company contribution to benefits is high which equates to more money in my bank. Other employers require their employees to pay higher on the premiums, impacting their pocket books.

Amdocs has fair policies for compensation. Company always does market review/comparison and try to be ahead of the others. Amdocs provides everything you need like salary, performance bonus, recognition, appreciation, growth opportunities, excellent platform, cutting age technologies etc

Excellent benefits with high employer contribution to lesson the load on the employee. They recently added additional parental leave time off and other perks like pet insurance and legal advise you can opt into.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Do not care about Loyal employee there would be at least 10-15 lacs diff between pkg of existing employee and new employee of same exp, Pathetic. Money is required if you want loyalty

Compensations are not upto the market rate

The compensation should be up to date with market standards. Also there is no equity

I think every employee work twice as normal employee of other company. People will start leaving company soon.

Need a pay raise considering the amount of responsibility i have and the hours i work
