
Everyone is light-hearted and willing to talk and joke around, as well as teach and explain.
I do not agree with the time-frame requirement that my area VP has put on promotions through the company.
The biggest change I would like to see is a way for those less interested in front-line teller work to enter the loan side of the company.
Leadership is strong though not always united. My biggest problem with my employment is that my manager is extremely enthusiastic about learning and progressing through the credit union, while our area VP wants to limit growth speed to slower increments creating a rift in direction.
