They are present and accessible if we have something they can only do.

My manager is great at making sure my needs are met and that Im happy and responsive when I need him there

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers at my branch are fantastic but the poor and disconnected choices made by the higher ups have only increased the amount of stress placed on them.

Leadership is strong though not always united. My biggest problem with my employment is that my manager is extremely enthusiastic about learning and progressing through the credit union, while our area VP wants to limit growth speed to slower increments creating a rift in direction.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They've increased our goals while making it harder to reach them and have not adjusted our pay in a positive direction to compensate for this.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I find that many times they are unwilling to learn other areas other than their own and just drop things on your lap without context or offering to help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the core values is fun and enjoyment....enough said haha!
We have competitions and rewards for doing well on them. It feels like family.

Poor decisions from the executives have only served to stress tellers and loan officers
