What's the office layout like at American Giant?
It needs work. There are changes coming that could help reorient the space but it is really lacking in space and meeting areas.
Tight quarters and not particularly ergonomic. Somewhat industrial.

It is decent. Maybe slightly below market rate for San Francisco.

When I was there, non-existent. People do leave at a decent hour unless they’re creatives, but WFH isn’t common.

It is a hardworking team with a lot on its plate. The marketing team is probably held to the highest standard out of every group within the organization in terms of testing and data-driven decision making.

Lacking in imagination. Very cliched marketing practices. American Giant started as an innovator in direct to customer marketing and is aping bigger brands like Levis and GAP. Leadership needs to be scrappy.

AG has a great product, but their CEO is their greatest weakness. Everyone in the company knows it. His aggressive and irrational management style drives away talent and creates an incredibly frustrating environment for those willing to stay.
