What do you like best about the leadership team?Transparency and Motivating the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Everyone really does get a voice in the process (where appropriate).
What makes you most happy at work?I have a lot of autonomy in my area and I find that is the kind of environment where I work best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We are a small enough company to where nearly every full time employee should have some sort of equity incentive and our heath care is basically worthless. That on top of no 401k makes the overall comp package pretty weak for the area.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone needs to work on followup in execution and understanding goals.
