I have been with the company a long time, so much has changed. I seem to remember there being good communication.
I don't see how my value can be assessed when Leadership and Human Resources has no idea what I do. I would like my manager to spend time with me. I would like higher-ups and HR to look at the results of my work as well as how I bring people together.
