Reported tech issue with website regarding my account. Several weeks later was told it couldn't be fixed. Compared to Pleasant Company product quslity, Mattel has nog maintained the core product values of American Girl.
Honestly, the children. I have fortunately been part of some memories made for kids getting their first dolls. It is refreshing to interact with kids who love the dolls, it takes you out of the stress behind the scenes.
