Finding ways to help other people be more effective by removing or automating busy work, so they have more time to spend on the things that matter to them.
The people I interviewed with were open about what they wanted, honest about the position they were looking to feel, interested in my experienced, and excited about how it could add to the strength of Aravo.
People are encouraged to ask questions of anyone. If someone asks you a question and you can help help them either directly or by pointing them to a better resource you are expected to assist them. Aravo is a team that succeeds together.
