I enjoy working at ArbiterSports, and I feel good that I'm contributing in a positive way. The management is great, and everyone works together as a team.

The experience is mostly good, but the recent stress of taking on more and more responsibilities has been hard. I think there's light at the end of the tunnel, but some days are overwhelming. We do have really good people at ArbiterSports, so that helps with the stress.
