Overall pretty good. One overarching theme is that things will get better/ less stressful. Those promises often go less fulfilled but the promise of a better future has continued to be a dangled carrot. Unlimited time off is a farce. People don't feel good about taking time off so they don't.

Great people. Excellent product. Employee burnout in process. Stated expectations of work/life balance consistently not met. Good culture drives the creation and maintenance of an excellent product through customer focus and innovation.

Salary - Some of these questions are black and white here - not so true in reality.
