Well if you work enough, and accrue enough PTO (paid time off), you can take as much time as you want for a vacation. To give you an idea, I work 8 hour shifts, and I earn about 0.34 hour(s) of pto in 1 work day. There is no vacation hours.
As hourly you get about 2 weeks per year and you get it as you work so every day I get about 20 minutes of vacation time earned. It's not bad, you just get what you work for instead of it being handed to you.
Unlimited vacation for most exempt employees - get your work done and you can take time off as needed/wanted.
You earn Pto each quarter...vacation policy u can take if if staffing needs are low
If your hourly it’s horrible
Unlimited vacation
