A lot of time is spent chasing CEO's dumb ideas like the acquistiion of Hansen. Basically bought his failing, old company for no other reason than his ego.
Many employees don't feel valued or recognized for their hard work. A lot of people have left. If you don't agree with management, then you'll be shown the door.
