What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything as there is no transparency or stability
Incompetent and toxic leadership that has stayed in place despite many complaints to HR. There is no way to make the company profitable in the long term due to the strategy and diminishing talent. J&J brings the same old pharma leaders and expects different results.
No sense of direction. CEO is frequenlty absent and confused when present.
Fire them and start over
Stop thinking about the business only and start thinking about the people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many employees don't feel valued or recognized for their hard work. A lot of people have left. If you don't agree with management, then you'll be shown the door.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Very cutthroat environment. The culture here is to blame others if you're incompetent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot of time is spent chasing CEO's dumb ideas like the acquistiion of Hansen. Basically bought his failing, old company for no other reason than his ego.

Interview with other department managers and with most relevant executive office holder (for senior roles)

There was hope the JNJ would save this company, but there may be no way to save this sinking ship.
