
Innovate....don't just focus on exploiting the cash cow.
Diversity across all spectrums and categories.
Focuses on the growth of staff in the Czech Republic and US staff are not valued.
In general, they are glass half-empty type of employees.....they should try and develop some glass half-full attitudes in order to more positively complete tasks.
The US based executives exploit the Czech based staff....the upper level Czech based executives allow and participate in that process since it benefits them. US staff are simply commodities.
