
No suggestions to Axway- none of the advices were taken since last 10 years or so. What can change now?
No trust on employees. Always need French "spy" in all departments. Very poor culture and attitude. Cannot see eye to eye with US associates.
No direction and vision for Asia business. After being in Asia for more than a decade if you cannot consolidate and grow in this market it is a clear indication of the leaderships failure.
Have a global perspective. Take a stand/decision on Asia. Too many acquisitions focused on enhancing Axway brand value. But none contribute to real revenue. Asia business needs more focus and if this is a region you want to be in or not.
