They need to pull in some well educated competent people who know how to achieve results. Look at the stock price.

Have a global perspective. Take a stand/decision on Asia. Too many acquisitions focused on enhancing Axway brand value. But none contribute to real revenue. Asia business needs more focus and if this is a region you want to be in or not.
