They set up an exemple, they empower their employees and motivate them to become their best version
Leadership has good intentions and act ethically, but they are behind the curve and far too risk averse.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to pull in some well educated competent people who know how to achieve results. Look at the stock price.

Have a global perspective. Take a stand/decision on Asia. Too many acquisitions focused on enhancing Axway brand value. But none contribute to real revenue. Asia business needs more focus and if this is a region you want to be in or not.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and annual perxent bonus
Overall the pay is good. The companies should be less stingy about stock options for employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay for performance, stronger remote work and hybrid work benefits/financial support.
Keeping up with the market would be nice.
No direction and vision for Asia business. After being in Asia for more than a decade if you cannot consolidate and grow in this market it is a clear indication of the leaderships failure.

We work as a team
Many of them are nice people. Unfortunately, we do not get the cream of the crop when it comes to hiring.

Good team dedicated and hard working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team gets things done.
Great culture of collaboration, customer centricity, empowerment and continuous improvement. Axway is like a family - everyone looks out for everyone else and we truly are better together.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No trust on employees. Always need French "spy" in all departments. Very poor culture and attitude. Cannot see eye to eye with US associates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Plenty of interaction with the recruiters guiding you along the way

It was fairly easy and smooth. Once they decide they want you, the process is not difficult.

What makes you most happy at work?
Hybrid work schedule with plenty of space in the office without a burn-out load of work
My job offers variety and I enjoy that. Also, the coworkers that I am most closest to are good people

A better management team would help.
