

we have a flex work policy which means each division has it's only requirements. Some groups require 0 days in office, others require 5 days. Most teams have 2-3 days in office. My group requires 2 days but my leaders are pretty flexible with it
In the UK this is virtually non-existent. Employees were only allowed to work from home during lockdowns, which means working from home was a MUST, wherever possible. Since these restrictions have been lifted, it is expected that you are in the office 5 days a week. This is a huge frustration for some people who simply want a bit of flexibility and trust from the company. After two years of proving we can be successful from home, why is this such a huge issue?
