i didn't enjoy working here as overall the experience was awful they gave literally zero training in allergens andhygine
Boring, lonely, negative, and slow.
Bad management at the franchise I was in, but coworkers and customers were amazing and made up for it. Just be wary of those middle aged citizens who yell at you over the cake order when they give the wrong product number, and agreed when you clarified that's the one they were talking about.
Nice people but could use more benefits for employees, increased pay for seniority, harsher rules on covering (everyone always asks for others to cover for them for superficial reasons)
