Billtrust tends to move at the speed of light and not everyone has time to be as proactive as needed. Since there are a lot of top performers working here, many wish they had more time in the day to go beyond status quo.... so the improve we may need to spend more spend on workplace tools and add additional employees to help continue to keep a culture that goes above and beyond.
