There is a sense of freedom and trust that I had not experienced with my previous company. Employees get their work done without having to detail what they are doing every minute of each day.
Stop hiding the truth. As one of the core values says; fix the problem, not the blame. How about you try it so you don't have to see long time employees continue to leave.

I have great pride in Billtrust and what I do here...knowing I am part of something special makes me happy.
Care more about the employees rather than just the bottom line. Get rid of the managers and c-level leaders who are destroying the culture in an effort to hit numbers. Just hitting numbers shouldn't be the only way to grade. Stop the gas lighting!
