- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding what it takes to make their ideas a reality. You can't layoff most of a department not want to spend $ on resources and expect the same amount of work.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Care more about the employees rather than just the bottom line. Get rid of the managers and c-level leaders who are destroying the culture in an effort to hit numbers. Just hitting numbers shouldn't be the only way to grade. Stop the gas lighting!
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop hiding the truth. As one of the core values says; fix the problem, not the blame. How about you try it so you don't have to see long time employees continue to leave.
