What did you like most about the interview process? They communicated and I enjoyed meeting various levels of staff
What makes you most happy at work?Feeling accomplished and making a difference
What are some of the best things about your team?Supportive One big family Helpful when need to cover eachother
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding what it takes to make their ideas a reality. You can't layoff most of a department not want to spend $ on resources and expect the same amount of work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Care more about the employees rather than just the bottom line. Get rid of the managers and c-level leaders who are destroying the culture in an effort to hit numbers. Just hitting numbers shouldn't be the only way to grade. Stop the gas lighting!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop hiding the truth. As one of the core values says; fix the problem, not the blame. How about you try it so you don't have to see long time employees continue to leave.
