Understanding what it takes to make their ideas a reality. You can't layoff most of a department not want to spend $ on resources and expect the same amount of work.
Actually follow the core company values. Saying it and doing it are 2 different things. No sacred cows is a joke.

Actually work together as a TEAM rather than as individual teams that don't care about the common goal.
Stop hiding the truth. As one of the core values says; fix the problem, not the blame. How about you try it so you don't have to see long time employees continue to leave.

Care more about the employees rather than just the bottom line. Get rid of the managers and c-level leaders who are destroying the culture in an effort to hit numbers. Just hitting numbers shouldn't be the only way to grade. Stop the gas lighting!
