There are cyclical times where some teams have more than others but overall the parking lot is vacant by 630 every evening. People do log in at home as needed but I've never missed one of my child's events or games. I feel supported when I need to put my family first.

75% of the company there is no balance. Managers commit and you are expected to deliver no matter what. The other 25% are the lucky exceptions.
