
Feels like famiy - especially when the opportunity arises to be at the corporate office. :)
As a PDM, I feel my Liaison views my work as somewhat threatening rather than as an asset. It doesn't necessarily feel like teamwork at times.
I think PDMs should be compensated for bringing on new accounts to their territorities. There are currently referral fees for employees who recruit new hires and physicians who refer other providers. PDMs should receive the same when their qualified leads get certified as new providers.
