Mr. Joseph H. Capper, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at BioTelemetry, Inc. (formerly known as CardioNet, Inc.) since June 2010. Mr. Capper served as the Chief Executive Officer at Trividia Health, Inc. (Also known as Home Diagnostics Inc.) since February 2009 and served as its President from February 2009 to July 2010. He has over 17 years of executive management experience. He joined Home Diagnostics, Inc. in 2009 and positioned it for a strategic merger in a transaction that created substantial value to its stakeholders. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of CCS Medical Holdings, Inc. from September 2003 to 2008 and as its President from March 2003 to 2008. He was responsible for acquiring and integrating Becton Dickenson's blood glucose monitoring division into CCS product line and commercializing it under the Nova Max brand. Prior to joining CCS, he worked with Bayer Healthcare's diabetes care division, where he served as the division's National Sales Director and he led a 180 person sales organization with responsibility for over $350 million in revenue. He joined CCS Medical in March 2003. He served as Director of Sales of Diagnostics Division at Bayer Corporation (focused on diabetes devices and ancillary products) from September 1994 to March 2003. He served for nine years as a U.S. Naval Officer, where he served as a combat-decorated Naval Flight Officer, served as a Staff Officer assigned to Joint Chiefs of Staff, as a Combat Aviator and as a Congressional Liaison Officer supporting congressional committees. He has been a Director of LifeWatch AG since July 21, 2017. He has been a Director of VirtualScopics, Inc. since May 11, 2016 and BioTelemetry, Inc. since June 2010. He served as a Director of CCS Medical Holdings, Inc. He served as a Director of Trividia Health, Inc. since February 2009. Mr. Capper holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University and an M.B.A. in International Finance from George Washington University.

Mr. Peter F. Ferola serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of BioTelemetry, Inc.since February 2011. Mr. Ferola has been General Counsel at BioTelemetry, Inc. since February 2011 and serves as its Secretary. He served as Senior Vice President at BioTelemetry, Inc. Mr. Ferola serves as Secretary of VirtualScopics, Inc. and has been its Director since May 11, 2016. Mr. Ferola served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at CardioNet, Inc. He has more than nineteen years of progressive leadership experience in business management, legal affairs and corporate governance. He served as Secretary of Trividia Health, Inc. (Nipro Diagnostics, Inc. (formerly Home Diagnostics, Inc.)) since June 2009 and as its General Counsel since January 2009 and also serves as its Vice President. Prior to Home Diagnostics, he worked as a Corporate and Securities Attorney with Greenberg Traurig LLP and with Dilworth Paxson, LLP in Washington, DC focusing on mergers, acquisitions, public securities offerings and corporate governance matters. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Ferola worked in executive management roles for an American Stock Exchange-listed company, most recently serving as Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary, overseeing its administrative functions, legal matters and investor relations. Mr. Ferola has authored numerous articles on corporate and securities laws, with a particular focus on audit committees and regulations implemented in the wake of Sarbanes-Oxley. Mr. Ferola earned a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.

Mrs. Heather C. Getz, CPA, has been Treasurer and Director of VirtualScopics, Inc. since May 11, 2016. Mrs. Getz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BioTelemetry, Inc. since January 15, 2010 and May 15, 2017 respectively. Mrs. Getz served as Senior Vice President of BioTelemetry, Inc. since January 15, 2010 until May 15, 2017. She served as Vice President of Finance at BioTelemetry, Inc. from May 2009 to January 15, 2010 and served as its Secretary. Mrs. Getz served as Vice President of Finance at Alita Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and was responsible for all areas of finance, accounting and information systems. Prior to Alita Pharmaceuticals, she held various financial leadership positions at VIASYS Healthcare Inc., including directing the global financial planning, budgeting and analysis and external reporting functions. She began her career at Sunoco Inc., where she held various positions of increasing responsibility. Mrs. Getz is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BS degree in Accountancy and an MBA from Villanova University.

Dr. Peter R. Kowey, MD, FACC, FACP, FACCP, FCP, has been Medical Director of BioTelemetry, Inc. and CardioNet, Inc. since 2002. Dr. Kowey serves as System Chief of Division for Cardiovascular Diseases at Mainline Health Hospitals. He serves as Chief of the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases- the Main Line Health System in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania and the William Wikoff Smith Chair in Cardiovascular Research at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research. He served as the Chief of Cardiovascular Disease At Lankenau Heart Institute at Main Line Health, Inc. until January 2016. He served as the President of the Main Line Health Heart Center. He served as a Medical and Clinical Advisor of Synvista Therapeutics, Inc. (a/k/a Alteon Inc). Dr. Kowey joined the faculty at the Medical College of Pennsylvania as Director of the CCU and Arrhythmia Program and rose to the rank of full Professor. He has been the Chairman of Scientific Advisory Board at BioTelemetry, Inc. and CardioNet, Inc. since March 2009. He serves as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Cardiome Pharma Corp., and Blue Ash Therapeutics, LLC. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at InCarda Therapeutics, Inc. He has been a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at NewCardio, Inc. since July 2008. He serves as a Member of International Scientific Advisory Board at H???Y??? Bioscience International, LLC. He sits on the editorial boards of the Heart Rhythm Journaland the Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology. He served as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Medifacts International, Inc. He served as Member of Scientific & Regulatory Advisory Board at 3D Communications Inc. He is also Professor of Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology at Jefferson Medical College (also known as Thomas Jefferson University). He served as a Professor at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He also holds professorships at MCP/Hahnemann University. Dr. Kowey is a Fellow of several professional organizations including the Clinical Council of the American Heart Association, the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, the American College of Chest Physicians and the American College of Clinical Pharmacology. He served as a Founding Member of the Philadelphia Arrhythmia Group and a charter member of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology. He has served on numerous committees for each of these organizations including program and abstract review committees for national and international programs. He spent nine years as a member of the Cardiorenal Drug Advisory Committee, four years on the Cardiovascular Devices Committee of the Food and Drug Administration. He is on the Expert Advisory Panel of the US Pharmacopeial convention. His principal area of interest is cardiac rhythm disturbances. Dr. Kowey is the recipient of over 150 grants and has authored or co-authored over 400 papers and scientific reports and he co-edited 3 textbooks on cardiac arrhythmia. He has provided consultation to over 60 international pharmaceutical companies and participated in a large number of pivotal clinical trials. He is a referee for manuscript review for 18 journals and an ad hoc grant reviewer for the VA system. While working with industry, he has pioneered the development of many antiarrhythmic drugs and antitachycardia devices that are used around the world for the treatment of patients with life-threatening cardiac rhythm problems. His latest venture is novel writing - his first mystery novel, Lethal Rhythm, was published in 2010. His second, Deadly Rhythm,was published in December 2012 and his third novel is in preparation. Dr. Kowey completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Penn State University and was a Fellow in cardiovascular medicine and research at the Harvard University School of Public Health, the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital and the West Roxbury VA Hospital. He is a graduate of St. Joseph's University. Dr. Kowey received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Ms. Lisa Fischer has been Senior Vice President of Healthcare Operations at BioTelemetry, Inc. since January 2017. Ms. Fischer joined CardioNet in 2011 as Director, Reimbursement Services, where she successfully and substantially improved accounts receivable. In 2015, she was promoted to Vice President, Reimbursement Services and Quality Assurance for Operations. Prior to joining BioTelemetry, she started her career with Quest Diagnostics and held numerous positions with increasing responsibility and recognition over 13 years. Following Quest Diagnostics, she spent 4 years consulting for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as a Project Manager during the GlaxoWellcome/SmithKline merger and in R&D Contracting. After completing Six Sigma Black Belt training at Villanova University, she returned to Quest Diagnostics leading large scale efficiency projects and mentoring employees in Six Sigma throughout the US and international organizations. Ms. Fischer received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Ursinus College.

Mark Sterling serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit of BioTelemetry, Inc., formerly known as CardioNet, Inc.. Mark started at BioTelemetry, Inc., formerly known as CardioNet, Inc. in March of 2018. Mark is currently based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
