Giving training and constructive feedback. Focusing on good customer experience and good quality products rather than only focusing on "BOH" tasks and beaureacratic work.
I feel as though I should get paid more since I have more experience with coffee and have, as a newish hire, already had to step into training roles many times with no extra compensation.
Customer interactions are sometimes brash and usually rushed. My cafe has a culture of not caring about the customer. My cafe lead definitely perpetuates this issue and could set a better example of kindness toward customers.
