The company is more interested in profits than actually treating their employees well. Benefits can be better, especially for FT and Salaried employees. They DO NOT match 401K for most employees, Leadership lacks empathy and doesn't really listen to what employees need
Quality taste anx customer experience
Its alright, love my coworkers but top brass is mid. They expect you do free work without and sory of incentive. They're supposed to give you a $100 bonus when doing a closing shift one day and an opening shift the next day. I have yet to receive my bonus. Its alright for a first time job.
