Pay more attention to wages of entry level positions. Management is somewhat fairly compensated, but baristas, culinary and production workers cannot earn a living on the wages provided.

I fought for every single raise but still missed out on an investment opportunity with the company because they *required me to pay for that unsure opportunity *

I feel as though I should get paid more since I have more experience with coffee and have, as a newish hire, already had to step into training roles many times with no extra compensation.

My manager has directly told me that he wouldn't be able to rehire someone with my skill set at my current rate of compensation.

Upper management and leadership team needs some work and professional work ethics should be addressed

Again, toxic masculinity, no room for female growth, and general capitalistic abuse at the hands of Nestle

Customer interactions are sometimes brash and usually rushed. My cafe has a culture of not caring about the customer. My cafe lead definitely perpetuates this issue and could set a better example of kindness toward customers.
